The staff were helpful. they assisted with luggage storage after checkout, convenient. the location is fantastic. I could easily walk to hyde park. paddington station is also nearby.
the room i had was quite small, a bit cramped for luggage.

breakfast had standard options but the taste was amazing!!! it included halal food choices and nearby marts were easily accessible, made finding snacks very simple. there are many dining choices within a short walk.

the room was clean upon arrival. i had a single room and the bed was comfortable. hot water was always available in the bathroom and heating worked effectively. the room had a tv included.

The staff provided hot water quickly when I requested it. The room heating worked well. The clean room and its amenities were a plus. I found the bed comfortable.
I heard noise from the reception area. This made sleeping difficult. The sound of people checking in was quite noticeable. I found it disruptive because my room was near the front desk.

the location was great. it was in walking distance of paddington station and many restaurants. the room had tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. the large tv had extra features like netflix and prime.
the breakfast room is very tiny. it is also very unorganised.

I thought the location was convenient. Several attractions were nearby. Lugging my suitcase up several flights of stairs was not fun. also, the breakfast selection was disappointing. It mainly consisted of sugary pastries and lacked healthier options, i expected at least some fresh fruit.
